love is one of the most important things in this world..
Now more than ever there’s less survivors bouncing back from attacks such as gang rape, less families that Russian orphans will get the chance to have, less sense of safety when you’re waiting for a train, less children being found alive after being kidnapped. More people are becoming the casualties and victims to others lack of compassion and self-righteousness. Misery needs company, and negativity is spreading wildly around. These people barely had the chance to create their part in life, and now they’ll never get the chance and we won’t know who they could’ve been. It seems as if the only point that is trying to be proved is what people are capable of. Turn negative energy into positive, construct not destruct
what has this world come to?
i’m sure all of you have heard about the shooting in newtown, connecticut. this story absolutely broke my heart, and shattered the illusion of innocence is bliss.
i cannot personally relate to the effects of today, but the only thought i had was the fact that the death count had risen by the hour. but that rising death count sparked the most heart breaking thoughts. first it was 15 children, then to 18, and now 20. when the police entered the building, they had to scan and search the building for safety precautions. as they searched, 2 children could have been still alive, the two children who had later died in the hospital.
Christmas is now ruined for every family who had lost their children, families who had lost a member who worked at the elementary school; Ryan Lanza, who lost his parents and has to live with the actions of his brother, and every one else affected by today.
